Vegas read
Here is a trip report to Las Vegas that has passed through a free translation service. Las Vegas becomes Vegas read, because "las" is a form of the german verb "lesen" (to read):
Vegas read in December 1998
On 2 December Donna and I are after read Vegas flown. I was
still operate in the morning and then at noon to Donnas house drove. Evelyn
brought us after San Jose to the airport. Already there
Puenklich at 13:15 o'clock went into air and briefly before 3 o'clock
was we. Radiate-blue sky warmly and nicely. One comes into the
counter hall and it becomes immediately clearly around which it goes:
Plays, plays and again plays. I do not have to say probably that it
concerns gambling. Daddelautomaten, here Einarmige bandit at each
corner. And if a somewhat larger surface is available, then the
crates are equal in many series closely on closely.
Several german leftovers like Zocker, draufhauen make the text quite funny:
Einarmiger bandit is also so a thing: Only for instance a third
of the crates has to operate a large lever at the page around the mechanics
and also with these is perfectly unnecessary it. Pure nostalgia, since the normal
Zocker does nothing different one than the buttons on the front plate
to press. The activate button is somewhat more largely laid out
thereby one there also beautifully draufhauen can.
(...) These crates are a pure time killer and make mostly
also a tremendous noise, or the almost accumulation gives a noise
window blind. In some Hinterecken gabs even 5 cents Machinen. Is
quite nice, because only which one would like to actually do is to
plays - or believes somebody in winning? - and then I understand not
at all why I for few seconds directly several a dollar to investiren
am, even if I can do it with 5 cents. Perhaps I did not understand
also only the sense.
Perhaps we do not understand the sense either...
We arrived thus and drove with a Schuttle into the hotel.
The driver had one genuinly sends cap up, so a garrison cap from skin.
He had bought in New York. We fuhen by the hotels and of them
imposante input areas. Everything is to be processed for it designed
many humans and folds actually always quite well. At all is read
Vegas rather well organized and help smoothly its cash to output.
Did you know that Las Vegas hotels are ypsilonfoermig ? That most of them include a goose area ?
The hotels are usually ypsilonfoermig, so that all rooms show outward.
Additionally there is then sometimes still another special building,
which fits the topic of the hotel. A special a goose area or, like the Luxor,
a pyramid. If it is dark runs on their exteriors lightnings up and down. Looks nice.
And that in the casinos you can play with Daddelaparate and with cubes (here they meant "dices") ?
(...) The Casinos in these hotels is made all more or less
alike. Many Daddelaparate and pack of cards desks. Few roulett and
cube plays. At the age and the appearance of the barmaids, which
around the desks and offer free drinks one can touch the quality of
the Lokalitaet to read off.
(...) There we sat then also and had our first evening bread in read Vegas. In one
of the business I tried on a bunch leather coat. In yellow with an original
price tag of 25000 dollar. But in Klamottengeschaeften in America all
on Sale is actually always cost the coat there only 12000 dollar. It
fit me well and looked good and cost after my note that my Creditkarte
was good unfortunately not enough only 9000 dollar. It would already
gladly have carried the coat forward but I think that 3-4000 for it
would have been already plentiful. At all, already rather many rich
humans must run there rum; because to pay a normalmortal did not know
most things.
That part with the yellow leather coat, I did not understand. Then there is an episode about a visit to the Cirque you Solei. No wonder that a French name, part of a German text, gets incorrectly translated into English: the French particle "du" means "you" in German:
We were in the Cirque you Solei in the Treasure Iceland. That is genuinly good.
But for a Show 70 dollar to berappen is again quite beautifully hard. Those sold off
two Shows daily, 6 times in the week always, determine 1500
workstations.
(...) There we were in our second evening. Donna bought a
bag Poppkorn, and as we then to our workstations went, came a
Animateur, which provided also during the Show always times again for
unterhaltsamme confusion, and removed from Donna the Popkorn.
Workstations ? In a circus ? I have one here at my workplace but why the hell in a circus ? Is it a Cybercircus, where you can surf on the Internet while the clowns appear on the ring ?
(...) Well war's. Afterwards, it was only
midnight went we into the neighbouring play hall. That is the correct
printout; because of the quality it went clearly downhill.
Everything was simple, but all had much fun. That is at all the good
thing read Vegas on: One wants to only zerstreuen oneself and enjoy
the life.
This will be the conclusion: Vegas read is fine to enjoy the life and to zerstreuen oneself!
